£75 Renters Reward
Rentiful is free for renters, and we put £75 back in your pocket when you move into a home through us. A rental provider pays us a placement fee, and your £75 is 10% of that fee, returned to you. It is how we share the value we create with the person we represent: you.
How it works
- Find and apply for your next home through Rentiful.
- Arrange and attend a viewing, either digital or in person.
- Sign the lease and move in.
- Complete your Renters Reward claim.
- Receive your reward shortly after moving day.
Why we do this
Renters Reward keeps us aligned with you. We are paid by rental providers, so returning a share of that fee makes sure we only ever benefit when you find a home that is genuinely right for you. It is transparency made tangible: you always know how Rentiful makes money, and you share in it.
Terms and Conditions
Renters Reward is available for new leases originating through the Rentiful platform with participating rental providers only. To qualify, you must have viewed your new home on Rentiful and clicked through to the provider's website, and the lease must be signed with a participating rental provider. The reward is currently £75, equal to 10% of our standard placement fee, and will be sent to the renter's new address shortly after move-in.
